The guidelines for E-Poster submissions are listed below. Please review and submit the file(s) by the deadline.

We are implementing the following to strictly protect your research materials and data.

(1) Only participants who log-in through our verification system can access the posters.
(2) When entering an E-Poster session, all participants must sign a security pledge and confirm with a digital signature.
(3) Right-clicking on the mouse, screenshot function, and downloading will be disabled.

Submission File Choose 1 from below, or submit both

1. Poster file for exhibition
- 1 page landscape (ratio of 4:3 or 16:9) PDF file
- Same format as off-line poster presentations that are mounted on the board
- File name: abstract submission number-presenter name.pdf (ex. 21F-0001-Full Name.pdf)

2. Presentation video file
- Language: Korean or English
- Length: 10 ppt slides maximum, less than 5 minutes
- Format: Record with Zoom recording function. Save as mp4 format. (Please make sure your voice is clear and audible.)
- File name: abstract submission number-presenter name.mp4 (ex. 21F-0001-Full Name.mp4)

The Best Poster Presentation Awards
1.  All E-Posters and presentation files will be assessed by judges and selected for the awards.
2. The winners will be announced and acknowledged at 18:20 on May 21(Fri), 2021 at the General Assembly. It will be live-broadcasted through the online platform. (Due to COVID-19, there will be no attendees allowed)

3. Awardees shall receive a certificate(will be mailed) and a cash prize(wire transfer).
